PROMISED LAND UPDATE

Dear Brethren,
We bring you greetings from the Throne of Grace and from the depth of our spirit and soul. We want to say thank you for your prayers and generous donations and support towards the acquisition of the property situated in front of our campground at Km 46 Lagos Ibadan Expressway.

Your financial donations in the past have helped us to achieve great feat in executing our numerous projects. We want to share with you some success stories so far in respect of this particular project.

First, you and other well wishers like you and the entire congregation of Christ Healing Evangelical Church have pledged money and material things toward this project from the inception, part of which have been redeemed already.

We have presented our final bid of N600 million to the agent of the property owner after our initial proposal of N450 million was rejected.

We are now in the process of negotiating how the entire money will be paid over a period of time.

We intend to make an initial down payment this month as a first step to make good our proposal.

The property consists of:

• A 14 Room Admin block on the ground floor with an open hall on the first floor,
• Completed 3 bay warehouse,
• 5 bay warehouse at roofing level,
• Medical Centre,
• Recreational Centre with swimming pool under construction,
• 2 Nos. 4 bedroom and 4 Nos. 2 bedroom bungalow,
• Changing Rooms for staff,
• Industrial Bore Hole with overhead Tank and fully functional drainage system.
• All on a 10 acre piece of land with perimeter fencing and a 5 acre setback.

However, there is still a huge gap between our target sum and total amount realized and pledges outstanding.
